Introduction
These Terms of Use
("Terms") govern your access to and use of MedNote, developed by Monte Vision SRL ("Company"). By using MedNote, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. EligibilityYou must be 18 years or older to use MedNote. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Acceptable
UseYou agree not to use MedNote to:
- Upload, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates any law;
- Interfere with the security or operation of MedNote;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any entity.
3. Prohibited Actions
You agree not to:
- Reverse Engineer, Decompile, or Disassemble: You will not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover or derive the source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms of MedNote. This includes any effort to analyze, reproduce, or extract the underlying code or structure.
- Modify or Create Derivative Works: You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on MedNote or any part of it, without the prior written consent of Monte Vision SRL.
- Unauthorized Access and Interference: You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to MedNote or interfere with the operation or functionality of the app, servers, or networks connected to it.
4. Privacy and Security
Your privacy is important to us. By using MedNote, you consent to our data practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy available [here](link to Privacy Policy).
5. Intellectual PropertyAll content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in MedNote are the exclusive property of Monte Vision SRL. You may not reproduce or distribute MedNote content without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Moldovan law, Monte Vision SRL shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of MedNote.
7. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of MedNote constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Termination
Monte Vision SRL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to MedNote if you violate this Agreement or for other reasonable grounds.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Moldova. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Moldova.
10 Account Deletion
To delete your account, you can:
- Tap on Delete Account in the app menu.
- Alternatively, send a request to our support team at support@mednoteapp.com.
