Introduction
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the MedNote app ("App"), developed by Monte Vision SRL ("Company"). By using MedNote, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. License
Monte Vision SRL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MedNote for personal, non-commercial purposes. The use of MedNote is subject to compliance with this Agreement and applicable laws.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use MedNote only for lawful purposes;
- Refrain from uploading content that infringes on the rights of others or violates local laws;
- Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Health Information Disclaimer
MedNote is a tool for organizing health records and is not intended to provide medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions. MedNote does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent health conditions.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of MedNote is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed visiting - Privacy Policy. By using MedNote, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in MedNote are the exclusive property of Monte Vision SRL. You may not reproduce or distribute MedNote content without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Moldovan law,Monte Vision SRL shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of MedNote.
7. Termination
Monte Vision SRL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to MedNote if you violate this Agreement or for other reasonable grounds.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts in Moldova.
